If you’re pregnant, then yoga is a great way to keep your mind and body healthy. Even if you’ve never done yoga before, my private one on one classes will teach you technique and be fully tailored to your personal needs allowing you to get the most out of them.
You can also take them anytime you’d like to!
A regular yoga practice while you’re pregnant will help your pregnancy be more comfortable and has many other benefits such as:

- increases relaxation, reducing worry and concern
- control over breath
- reduces fluid retention
- relieves aches and pains
- easing back problems
- increases core strength and the pelvic floor

Once you’ve had your baby I also do private one on one session with you and your baby either at my studio in Shoreditch or I come to you.
Sessions are £50 an hour and take place at my studio on Bondary Street in Shoreditch (5 mins from Liverpool st or Old St stations)
