Its only £15 a class and its like having a private as you’ll get lots of individual attention. The shared classes are at the following times below. private one on one classes
I teach people one on one privately in my space in Shoreditch, at your home or at your office. There are great benefits from receiving personal attention as you will learn each posture correctly and get specialised help with any injuries or goals you’d like to achieve in your personal practice.
private group classes
You can get a group of friends or family members together and I can come to your home to take you all through a private class. It can make for a fun alternative get together and you follow it up with a healthy lunch and massage (I have a team of experts I can bring along with me). A mini retreat in your own home!
classes at work
If your job involves looking after people in the workplace, maybe consider yoga and breath work (pranayama) as a great way to help your employees reduce stress and increase productivity. I work with companies in different ways like this. You can either subsidise the cost of the class or offer the convenience of yoga on site.
